Your first purchase of any JEG NutriLabs product is backed by our 30-day money-back guarantee, valid for 30 days from the date of purchase. If it’s not the right fit, simply contact us and we’ll take care of it. After 30 days, products cannot be returned or refunded. You can always contact us for any return question at support@jegnutrilabs.com

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

I bought one of your products, and I am not satisfied with it, but my doctor won't take it back because it has been opened.
Please email us your proof of purchase and explanation, and we will do our best to accommodate your situation.

Refunds
If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
