Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order.

Delivery estimates are provided by the carrier and cannot be guaranteed.
Free Shipping
We offer free U.S. shipping on orders over $75 (before taxes and after discounts).
This threshold may change during promotional periods.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to update.
Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses
Please verify your shipping address carefully at checkout.
JEG NutriLabs is not responsible for:
Incorrect or incomplete addresses entered by the customer
Delayed, lost, or returned packages due to address errors
Additional shipping costs needed to resend returned packages
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we will contact you for reshipment options.
Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages
Once your package has been handed to the carrier, risk of loss transfers to the customer.
JEG NutriLabs is not responsible for:
Packages marked “delivered” but not received
Carrier delays
Weather-related issues
Lost or stolen packages
For missing packages marked “delivered,” please check:
With neighbors
Mailroom or front desk
Shared mailbox or package lockers
With your local post office or carrier
If your package cannot be located, we recommend filing a claim directly with the carrier.
Shipping Restrictions
For product safety and compliance reasons, some supplements cannot be shipped to certain locations. If your address falls under a restricted region, we will notify you and issue a refund.
